Boost Mobile, which sports unique handsets (though it can use Nextel handsets since Boost uses Nextel-style SIM cards), was the first prepaid carrier to offer walkie-talkie service, and is the only prepaid carrier with GPS easily accessible on all new phones, thus making turn-by-turn driving directions and the like feasible.
